The argument that Grossman is trying to relay is that in 2006 WE as a nation were making the world wide web a massive epidemic. He goes on to tell us that “TIME's Person of the Year for 2006 is you.” we are the ones that want to make video of nonsense, blog about anything and everything, and more. We all have a passion do somehow entertain the world on the Internet. I compare this article to Sullivans article about “writing out loud”. This is because they both stress the importance of how people take the time and effort to go online and blog. Along with Sullivan we have Steven Johnson’s “TV makes us smarter” which also explains how web and media both impact our lives greatly. This article by Grossman helps out with my topic of texting greatly.The talk about how the world wide web, media and everything else relates to texting and how the we are moving forward into the cyber world.
